Poor You, The Procrastinator!

As we know, people live in very busy life and compete with other people, and automatically, people have a lot of activity such as tasks from the school , office or the duty to do the household from mom and the final examination. People do these routinely and sometimes those all the things make stressed, feels lazy and confuse when to start. Also, sometimes, people tackle the easy tasks first and try to avoid the big, complicated tasks. Another things, when people feel overwhelmed and in the end they postpone doing things. If so, then they are a covert procrastinator. It can become a bad habit that is hard to break. They are completely aware of time, but less concerned about time. Most procrastinators will not concede that they are the kind of people who put things off. The person who often put things off could be court catastrophe, and can lead to grave result. For example, if the student postpone do the homework, the teacher will give him/her some punishment and scoldings, or if the students postpone preparing for exams, he/she can not do the exam well. Another example that if someone having toothache and he/she delay to go the dentist, he/she will make the condition become worse than before. But no problem, you can start to end the behaviour by do step by step to decrease frequency you postpone doing something.

And here they are some solutions :
1. Make schedule and try to do it
2. Organize the time, and be discipline!
3. Don't waste of time
4. Be patience, the willingness to pass up immediate pleasure in favor of the long term gain.
5. Thinks positive! Sometimes, you tell yourself that :"it feels too hard" or "I can't do it" or "I don't have enough time". Hei, be careful! your body responds to your minds potential, then your body will not push itself to do it.
6. Don't make the chores pile up!. When your teachers give you some tasks, sometimes maybe you feel bored about it, but Hei, if you do not do these tasks, it will be becoming pile up, and make you stressed!

To sum up, when you face a lot of stressed-burdened-bored tasks, don't postpone doing these tasks, if you don't wanna to court catastrophe. That's all.
